Tom Brady: Draft Day 2000
Tom Brady was born August 3, 1977 in San Mateo, California. He is 6 feet 4 inches and weighs about 225 books. Although it is the ideal size for an NFL quarterback, Brady brings much more to this game. It is also capable of moving in the pocket if necessary, and of course his smarts are among the best in the game too. With all this in mind it is easy to see why Brady has become one the best NFL players in recent seasons.
After playing football in high school in the state of California, Brady decided to take his game to the University of Michigan. Although it would have to sit on the bench his first two seasons, he made a name for itself rather quickly. During 1998 and 1999 seasons, Brady has started every game for the Wolverines. He made the All Big Ten team in two seasons, and even was the team captain, a senior. His leadership and determination has a long way in helping the Wolverines' success as he was running the offense.
Brady was drafted in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL draft by the Patriots of New England. It has been adopted by many, many times by many teams, but soon enough he began to play his revenge on them. After a season slow rookie, Brady went into the starting lineup in 2001, he has been there ever since. In 2001, he finished the season with 2,843 yards and 18 touchdowns.
During his stay in the league Tom Brady has been named to the Pro Bowl four times the team, and won three Super Bowls. Not only did an excellent Brady Working in becoming one of the best players in the game, but he has always done the same thing for his team as well.
